I stopped running her in clan boss because of how often her poison sensitivity got resisted, I was running her at 310 accuracy.

Urogrim is the poison King. FB is nothing compared to him. I first used FB as my poisoner and exchanged her for Nethril which added a few million (3-5M) of damage to my comp on NM. Urogrim is as good as a poisoner as Nethril, but additionally increases the sustain of any comp by the additional 2x Continious Heals.
